"…I didn’t have the opportunity to complete my education. I fall in love with wood and carpentry when I was so young. For me the sound of hammers is like a music. I started as a carpenter at the age of 12. I was 16 years old when I made my first bedroom set. I opened my own small workshop in 1975 with a space of 10 square meters in the old city of Damietta. My main concern was to make furniture of very high quality. Local merchants of Damietta that I was supplying began to spread the word about my work and through time I found myself a very well-known carpenter in Damietta supplying big stores in the city.
I have never considered making money as my first objective. For me, the optimal reward was appraisal and admiration words I received from clients. I have tried to convey this feeling to my sons because as I believe that this is the secret of my success. Throughout more than 45 years in business, my commitment was to quality, which can only be achieved by having committed people who share the same belief.
"…Our company walks on two legs. The first leg is our ability to manufacture the handmade furniture that displays the beauty of our craftsmanship. The second leg is having cutting edge machines that enable mass production projects such as CNC routers, edge banding, presses and beam saw.."
